This 2 days safari package will take you on a short time but intense Tanzanian Northern Circuit wildlife safari experience. It is an exciting African wildlife safari in two of the most spectacular national parks in Tanzania. This unforgettable Tanzania safari will take you to the Ngorongoro Crater, featuring one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa. Here you will witness an amazing spectacle of African wildlife inside a self contained world, teeming with animals.
Your tour will also take you to the Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania's most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a shallow but huge soda lake, at the foot of the Great Rift Valley's western escarpment. The size of both the selected Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater, make them a perfect choice for our shorter safari.

Day 1: Drive from Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast 6:30am in Arusha our guide will pick you and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive inside the crater. This is undoubtedly the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as well as the pride of lions that includes the magnificent black mined males. There are lots of colorful flamingos and the variety of water birds. Other game that you may see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. In the late afternoon ascent the crater and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Drive to Lake Manyara

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park. After having a picnic lunch in Manyara, you start afternoon game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park. When you approach it from the East Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive back droid to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, on the escarpment elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos and others, in the late Afternoon drive back to Arusha Overnight at the lodge or flight.
